System Overview

Our Aluminum Anodizing Line is a fully automated, industrial-grade surface treatment system designed for high-volume processing of aluminum profiles, sheets, and components. 1. Pre-Treatment Module

   • Degreasing Tanks: Alkaline and acid cleaning systems with ultrasonic agitation

   • Etching Station: Controlled NaOH bath for uniform surface texture (Ra 0.2–2.5 μm)

   • Desmutting Unit: Nitric acid-based neutralization for alloy-specific treatment

2. Anodizing Module

   • Oxidation Tanks:
